The partnership will allow Shopify merchants to use Adyen's global payment network, which includes support for over 550 payment methods in over 200 countries and regions. This will give merchants the ability to accept payments from customers around the world, regardless of their location or payment method preference.

“Adyen’s partnership with Shopify will position their enterprise merchants to scale quickly for success since our global ecommerce payment solutions are engineered for creating seamless payment journeys,” said Roelant Prins, Chief Commercial Officer of Adyen. “Our software integration is developed entirely in-house and our technology will help Shopify enterprise merchants scale their businesses with the agility and flexibility needed for long term success.”

In addition, the partnership will provide Shopify merchants with access to Adyen's suite of payment services, including fraud prevention, risk management, and reporting. This will help merchants to reduce fraud and improve the security of their payments.

This makes them the right choice for us, and more importantly, for our enterprise customers.”

Specifically, the partnership will allow merchants to:

The partnership between Adyen and Shopify is a win-win for both companies. It provides Adyen with access to Shopify's large and growing merchant base, and it provides Shopify merchants with access to Adyen's global payment network and suite of payment services.
